1969: John & Patti
Written & Directed by Emily Stern
Patti and John's relationship ends after two and a half years, torn apart by her hesitance to fully emotionally invest and his longing for something deeper. Though they break up, financial pressures force them to continue living in the same apartment, each watching the other explore new connections. While Patti quickly embraces her newfound freedom, John struggles until he meets someone who offers him the emotional stability he's been seeking. When that relationship begins to solidify, Patti must come to terms with a partnership she's only just begun to appreciate coming to an end.
